- PADI Rescue diver or Equivalent
- PADI Deep Diver or proof of 10 dives to 30 metres/100 feet or deeper
- 50 logged dives
- 18 years old

- Have a own full technical equipment
- Usually perform the frog kick( helicopter turn, backward kick )
